Number Clue IDEAS

Ok - I am so sure everyone has realized this by now - but if you take all of the numbers it equals 108 - HELLO this is the countdown clock number in the hatch

does this mean anything?

Once again - both sets of numbers add up to 108
108 is the timer in the hatch

the new numbers

other than the fact that both sets of numbers add up to 108, has anyone noticed that the second one has a pattern from the first. its just 2 less then 2 more then 2 less, then 2 more etc....

so here are the first numbers - 4 8 15 16 23 42 - and then the new ones (4-2) = 2, (8+2)=10, (15-2) =13, (16+2)=18 etc. which in the end gives you 2 10 13 18 21 44

I just thought that was interesting and we all know every detail counts on this show. Im sure its just the numbers posted on the other hatch, the real question is still why "108"?

I guess it would make sense that the new numbers all have the difference of 2 if these numbers have to do with a "2nd hatch"

Looking forward to seeing what shows up or new clues come up on this board "when the requirements are met"

hansoorg.com

Okay, so the new people who've come here, like myself, must have seen the ad for hanso org at 52 mins through last week's lost episode. So going to the www.hansoorg.com website there's a link to this forum, if you click on the green lost numbers at the bottom of the page. It also shows some pasted together shots of typed letters, which seem off topic as far as lost goes... however the guy from the Orientation video keeps flashing in an animated gif at the top, there's Dharma logos everywhere, this quote:
A NATION'S BIRTH PREDICTS IT'S OWN DEMISE
AND RE-BIRTH.
and new numbers:
2 10 13 18 21 44

Try this though, go to this url: (found when I looked at the properties of the animated gif of the orientation video dude...
http://www.hansorg.com/season3/
there's a listing of all the pics and logos on the site... but notice the Season 3 bit - so this is a new development... and notice 2 of the dharma logos have inverted black and white on the swan...
Also, isn't the swan just that 1 hatch station? I didn't think the swan Was dharma's logo...

Weird... why have they linked to this forum of all places?

Another set of numbers is LAME. I know this whole Lost Experience is designed to "keep fans interested" during the summer, but I think an extra set of numbers, an extra set of characters, an extra island, an extra set of polar bears or whatever else they come up with will only dilute whatever interest most fans actually have. The idea of a Lost franchise a la CSI / Law & Order is no doubt on Disney's mind...

I have just re-read the above rant and have realised the hypocrisy inherent in any criticism of Lost when I consider how I have come to be posting here in the first place. But God Bless America for free speech, right?
