I am proud to be an American. My father served and gave his most valuable years to his country and is buried in Arlington National Cemetery. Through my family did not have the luxury of living on US soil while I was growing up ( dad worked for the US government and was posted abroad)we, regardless of our geographic distance from America loved, respected and appreciated our nation.

Unfortunately, there are some among us whom would seek to use the very constitution that insures our rights and freedoms to spread lies, hate and deprive individuals of due process as allowed under the law. One such person is Anthony Nick Tsagarakos aka Manolakos who has made a living by extortion, defamation and abuse of the criminal and justice system. He is a disgrace to our nation and has no respect for our constitution or citizens.

As the managing partner of an international law firm, I have witnessed Mr. Tsagarakos' use the constitutional right of free speech to defame innocent parties. In hundreds of internet postings , he has made unwarranted alllegations about officers of the court , whose only crime was to be honest. Justice is blind in principal and when our law firm was asked in 2000 to sue the next of kin of Mr. Tsagarakos for land he wanted to take from them illegally, we refused. From then on we became the victims of this sick and malicious individual who used profanities and showed a general disregard for due procress or civil liberties. Practicing members of our firm are indeed licensed lawyers. Although the Athenian Bar and Supreme Court of New York responded to Mr. Tsagarakos outrageous allegations about character and licensure, he still continues to post and defame.

This isn't his first go at abusing and misusing the America right of free speech. He extorted Petco, Euromotors of Manhattan, Frommex and American Airlines for substantial sums of money. Before he began his compaign against our firm , he made us an offer of 10 times his retainer of 1500. to save our reputations. ( He never even paid his bill to the firm) In Greece, he claimed his uncle, General Tsagarakos, was a terrorist and had him arrested for arms dealing when the family wouldn't give him land. The honorable General served in the US Army and even won a purple heart and silver star. After a lengthly trial the General was exonorated and is in the process of filing civil suits against Tsagarakos aka Manolakos for his abuses.

Anthony Tsagarakos who was classified 4F in the Vietman era to avoid serving his country in their time of need, didn't stop there are using his right to free speech. Because our firm wouldn't file frivilous chahrges against his family, he labeled me a terrorist. In doing so he showed not only his disrespect for a nation he refused to serve but also sought capitalize on our nation's tragedy of 9/11 and the serge of terrorist hunting. How disgusting.

As my father before me, my entire life has been about service to our nation. As a recipient of many recognition awards for my service and as the daughter of a distinguished hero of our nation, I am ashamed to share the same citizenship as the degenerate Anthony Tsagarakos aka Manolakos who isn't even man enough to use his own name but uses an alias. Anthony does not understand the first thing about rights under the constitution and how individual actions of cowardism such as his- hurt the image of our great nation. America and Americans deserve better than this con artist. Sure we all have the right to say what we feel, but we also have the responsibility to be truthful and responsible in our disclosures. Mr. Tsagarakos was neither- despite having access to the truth.

We can not afford to have other nations judge us by the acts of cowards. The Athenian Bar Association, the oldest bar of lawyers in the world, was indeed shocked and surprised that a nation as great as America would allow a white trash conspirator like Tsagarakos aka Manolakos to use the legal system to cause harm to innocent parties. In Greece he faces a 10 year prison term for the unconstitutional behavior he has displayed in America. In America he will face civil and criminal actions.

On this 4th of July,we as Americans should take the time, not just to barbeque and party with friends- but to think about how we might try to remake America into the great nation our forefathers invisioned. 1. Athina Karamanlis is an actively licensed attorney
2. Harlan Powers has no criminal record
3. Zabetti Pappas has no convictions for felonies
4. Anthony Tsagarakos was jailed in October, 2000 for harassing attorney Karamanlis. Since that time, he has been the author of hundreds of unfounded internet posts.He has an Athenian Bar judgement against him for non payment of law firm fees.
5. Tom Wornman has no open investigations of Karamanlis or Powers
6. Ebay did not "boot" cybermerchants out for fraud.
7. The publishing firms libeled byTsagarakos are innocent 3rd parties defamed by this nut case.
8. several attorneys( including the family of Tsagarakos) , have provided evidence of his illegal activities to enforcement agencies, including the NYC district attoneys office and FBI

3. Anthony Tsagarakos has a history of repeat violence cases against him. Zabetti Pappas has a current and very inforce court injunction isssued permanently against Mr. Tsagarakos in Ocaloosa County. Other women, Shawna Hamil and and Patricia Moore also filed similar cases against him after he moved to Florida.

4. Had Athina karamanlis been given notice of a court date for Anthony Tsagarakos trial she would have brought not only members of her staff as witnesses but Greek family members and the editor of the Greek American Newspaper as witnesses against him.

5. On file with the Supreme Court Appelate Division and the DA's office in NYC is the sanction from the Athenian Bar Association against Anthony Tsagarakos filed and upheld by the Greek Bar for non payment of his legal fees to Athina Karamanlis. No one ever threatened this loser with losing his AMerican citizenship- besides if he ever goes to Greece, the Athenian police have some unfinished business with him for the filing of bogus claims about his family. 6. What Ebay fraud???? Are you telling readers that Athina Karamanlis and Helen Pappas or Harlan Powers were involved in property fraud and were booted out of ebay for fraud??? The legal dept. of Ebay is working with federal authorities at the request of Cybermerchants to stop the vicious and illegal activities of Anthony Tsagarakos aka tristarflyer who wrote to winners of legitimate property auctions telling them cybermerchants were in jail. When police confronted these people, they gave the documents and identitifed Tsagarakos as the fraudster. Just how many houses were "illegally sold" ? Who are those supposed victims? And deposits? Well perhaps Mr. Tsagaarkos might have his answers ready for the police when they come calling.

8. Let's talk about Despina Melonas. Perhaps she should revisit her connections with the postal police and pull out a copy of the letter sent to her by the Supreme Court of NY. Mr. Frangos, Mr. Fares, have them give Harlan Powers a call and provide the name of their attorneys. Lot's of people's names have been used who deny ever speaking to Mr. Tsgarakaos and have infact offered to give testimony in court about his solicitations. I notified you by email that an inquiry to the NY BAR and Attorney Registry had revealed that neither you nor Athina Karamanlis were listed or licensed as attorneys in NY or anywhere in the USA and that I would file a complaint with the NYPD.
It was then that Athina Karamanlis filed false harassment charges against me by falsely stating to the NYPD that I was an unsatisfied client of a Greek Law firm for whom she was simply a consultant and not responsible for their actions. I did not take a home study law degree, but if I had and passed the bar, I would be proud. Where are your educational credentials? Every 4th of July I post a thread on this web site about an issue affecting the American way of life. In 2003 I posted a thread about freedom of speech and it's responsibilities. As we all learned in history class, America was founded for the most part by individuals who fled from pursecution and oppression who wished to live in a land where there was equality and justice for all. America stills stands as a beacon of hope and model for those enslaved seeking democracy some of we Americans have come to take for granted.
