Ok, I do have a life, but I've been watching court tv quite a bit lately and I can't get over all the atrocities that are happening...

Lately, I've been watching the trial of Chante Mallard who hit a homeless man and drove home with him still on her windshield. The man died a few hours later...Is this the kind of world we want to live in?

Well, she got 50 years for it. I was kinda suprised I bet any other state than TX would have given her 20 or less.

Drunkenness and the apathy that goes along with it has been the source of pain and grief for mankind throughout etenity. My father died drinking and driving. I surrendered much of my youth to drinking. I totaled two vehicles and injured four people the last time I drank 16 years ago. Alcohol is the most widely abused DRUG on the face of the earth. Many times I've watched people drink a beer or some whiskey and comment on what a horrible thing "crack cocaine" is, for instance, and you could never tell them a drug more dangerous and addictive is in their own hand.

this will never stop because there are too many selfish, apathetic people that don't give a damn about anyone other than themselves.
