Don't know, it might be legal though I doubt you'd have any recourse if anything went wrong. Gee, man, are you sure you want to grow it? I mean, if you grow indoors you've got to worry about concealment, air filters, lights, electric bills, making sure you have female plants, watering and feeding, and God help your quality if there are any bone-fide hemp fields around.

It might just be easier to buy when needed. Don't forget that you're breaking the law here, though it may be quite a weak law in places. If you must buy and grow, I suggest getting some seeds from British Columbia. You'll be quite pleased with the results, tall plants with healthy-sized buds and a nice high that lasts a long time.

Be sure to check the lastest news from Canada, they are in the process of de-criminalizing (sorta) possesion in small amounts for personal use. They are also trying to stiffen penalties for growing and trafficking, though.
